Includes – fully equipped modern housekeeping cabin with the following amenities; non-resident 8 day conservation fishing licence, launching and dockage of boats, battery charging, lake map and orientation, wrapping & freezing of fish and golf pass at the Red Lake Area Golf & Country Club.

7 Day Trip – $455.00

5 Day Trip – $365.00

Family Package Plan:

Available July through September and applies for Children aged 10 – 15 years. Children 9 yrs. and under are Free. The rate for the family package is based on 2 adults and one child or 1 adult with 2 children. Includes - fully equipped modern housekeeping cabin and boat & motor rental, with the following amenities; 3 – 8 day conservation fishing tags, boater certification, battery charging, cushions, swivel seats, life jackets, paddles, anchor, landing nets, minnow buckets, lake map and orientation, wrapping & freezing of fish and golf pass at Red Lake Area Golf & Country Club.

7 Day Trip for 3 persons – $1395.00

Additional Children on 7 Day Trip – $115.00

5 Day Trip for 3 persons – $1195.00

Additional Children on 5 Day Trip –  $85.00

Big Game Hunting Packages:

Includes - 7 day guided hunt, modern housekeeping cabin, boat and motor rental, boater certification, 5 gallons mixed gas per day (1 boat per 2 hunters), Licenses & permits not included

Moose Hunt – Unit 3 – per person, per week - $3395.00

Self guided Hunting packages - call for pricing

Small Game and Grouse hunting are normally self guided and are priced as a Housekeeping or Package Plan.  With the season opening Sept 15, fall discount rates apply.

RV Site & Camping Rates:

Site – per person per day - $15.00

Private boat in camp – per boat per day - $10.00

Boat & motor rental – daily (gas extra) - $80.00

Boat & motor rental – weekly (gas extra) - $450.00

Sunset Lodge Booking Policy:

DEPOSIT POLICY: We require a deposit to guarantee all reservations.  $100.00 per person to hold a fishing reservation; $100.00 to hold an RV site or $500.00 to hold a hunting reservation. Personal Cheques Acceptable for Deposits only.  Remaining Balance – Cash or Travelers Cheques, Visa, Mastercard.

Guests re-booking should confirm their plans with deposits no later than December 1st. Other reservations must be confirmed by deposit within three (3) weeks of request for a reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Deposits can be transferred to an alternate date within the same calendar year but are not refundable.

EQUIPMENT POLICY:  Reserved equipment which is not used is subject to $100.00 charge. Due to the high cost of equipment, guests using our boats and motors are responsible for all physical damage.

OTHER NOTES:

All rates are per person for the specified time frame

Cabins and RV sites are subject to minimum occupancy

Fall discount applies beginning 18 August 2012

Exchange rate is applied at the time of the transaction

Gas, bait, store charges and outdoors cards are not included in pricing

HST (tax) is 13 percent; Guided Hunters qualify for an HST rebate in some instances.
